Note | Christie Lucille Simons was the eldest of five children born to Richard and Cella Simons. As a teenager, she loved to sing and play music. She was a cheerleader at Dryden Central High School, and upon graduation attended SUNY at Binghamton, NY, studying Nursing. After marrying Edward Christopher she worked at the local bank in Locke, NY, and continued in the banking industry after she and her family moved west, eventually settling in Arizona. Although allergic to animal hair, she thoroughly enjoyed having pets, and riding horses. Throughout her life, her Christian faith sustained her and was a comfort to her in her final days. She is sadly missed by her many friends and family. |
